« Zero injuries »

Thanks to these sessions, I managed to gain explosiveness, especially at the level of the few meters which are important for us as a pillar. I also managed to gain strength and power for the scrum. And I am very satisfied because no injuries since I started these sessions.

« +5kg in 3 months »

I needed to gain weight and I gained 5kg in 3 months without losing speed. Result: I am stronger in contacts, but also more explosive and more dynamic. My acceleration and changes of direction have even improved. Exactly what I was looking for.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to do all the sessions?

Not necessarily. There are 4 sessions per week, but you can adapt them according to your schedule or your club training. I explain in the application how to organize your week to maximize your results.

Will the sessions be adapted to my level?

Yes! The training cycles are designed to adapt to all levels. Each exercise offers variants for beginners or advanced, and the difficulty increases gradually to ensure your progression.

Do I need access to equipment?

Yes, to properly follow the sessions, you will need basic weight training equipment (bar, dumbbells, etc.) as well as a grass field for field sessions. If you lack equipment, I offer alternatives for certain exercises.

How long do the training cycles last?

The duration of cycles varies between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on the time of year. You will regularly receive new programs to guarantee constant progress adapted to the season period.

How long do the sessions last?

Weight training sessions last about 1 hour, while field sessions are shorter, around 40 minutes. These formats are optimized so you can easily integrate them into your schedule.

Can I stop whenever I want?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, without commitment. Once canceled, you will keep access to the cycles you participated in.
